Shipping policy

Please ensure your delivery address is entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a parcel is returned to us due to an address error, reshipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.

Orders are shipped to the address provided at checkout. Once an order has been dispatched, we cannot amend delivery details. Customers are responsible for ensuring their address is accurate.

We cannot accept responsibility for parcels marked as delivered by the courier to the address provided at checkout.
